Booking Instructions
Please contact the Shop and Stalls
Coordinator by the Friday following a
show to request table space for the next
one. Due to our venues being all different
sizes there will be varied numbers of stall
spaces available.
In order to make it fair to new and old
stalls alike you can request either 1 table
space or 2. If your stall is flexible and
could work with either size space then
please let us know and we will add your
name to both draws. Once the deadline is
passed then we will select, at random, the
correct amount of 1 and 2 table stalls to fit
the venue space and then inform our stall
holders.
The selected stall holders will then be
advertised in Rat-A-2-E, if we still have
available spaces then late requests will
be considered, but will only be advertised
online due to the publishing dates for the
Club magazine.
Charges
Members: £10 for per table space(up to a maximum of 2).
Non-members: £15 for one table space(up to a maximum of 2).
Craft Collective: We also run a craft co-op stall for club members with crafts to sell.
